- The U.S. Secret Service awarded a sole source six-month Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide credentialing services in support for National Special Security Events and other high security events.� The Government awarded with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (See attached J&A) �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency requirements and circumstances permitting other than full and open competition.� A determination has been made by the Government not to compete this proposed short-term follow-on requirement on a full and open competitive basis.� No formal solicitation package is available at this time. A solicitation is expected to be posted late in June for a replacement to this short-term BPA.�� Any inquires must include a full capability statement and must be received not later than three (3) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement.
