- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:� HQ ACC AMIC, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA intends to award a sole source modification to Contract FA489020P0015 to CRFS.� CRFS will be providing an upgrade to the existing RFEye spectrum monitoring system at Langley Air Force Base.� This modification will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 29 April 2021. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers.
