Description

Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Community Development Funding Institutions (CDFI) Fund intends to award to Aeris Insight, Inc. on a Sole Source basis for Aeris Rating Reports and Performance Maps Subscription �Purchase of: Subscription to �Aeris Ratings Reports & Performance Maps�. These reports provide an assessment of CDFI impact and financial performance, risk and mitigates. Each report includes a up to 50-60-page in-depth analysis including analysts� opinions, dozens of informative tables, charts, and graphs, five-years of historical financial and impact data, key ratios, and more. Aeris Performance Map gives access to real-time, CDFI financial and impact performance data, and all the tables and graphs from Aeris Rating Reports. Fiscal Service/CDFI Fund will consider affirmative responses received no later than May 03, 2021 at 10:00 AM ET. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide CDFI Fund the same services as mentioned above. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the services. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Responses shall be submitted to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov - Attention: CJ/HS A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the beta.sam.gov website for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
