- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick (SAC-F), intends to issue a firm-fixed priced contract to the Partnership for Public Service to provide tuition payment for eight attendees for their 2021 Mission Support Leadership Program. This program prepares mission-critical federal professionals to become more effective leaders by focusing on the four core tenets of the Partnership s Public Service Leadership Model self-awareness, engaging others, leading change, and achieving results. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and submit quotations by the closing date/time of this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before Friday, April 23, 2021 by 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) to: Alanna.Wilson@va.gov.
