- Description
- The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to issue an extension by modification to the current Ground Subsystems Support Contract (GSSC) to include a reopening of the ordering period from 1 June 2021 to 31 October 2021 for issuance of new, emergency task orders, and an extension of the ground sustainment task orders from 1 September 2021 to 30 April 2022 using eight (8) one-month options to be used as off-ramps for transition to GSSC 2.0. GSSC is used to provide sustaining engineering, systems engineering, Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs), program management support, and knowledge transfer in support of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Systems Directorate (SD).
