The Office of Naval Intelligence, Washington, DC, intends to procure via sole source from West Publishing Corporation, for a one year of Thomson Reuters Data Subscription �Insider Threat Program� from Thomson Reuters/Clear sources. The data is proprietary to the West Publishing Corporation.� This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received will be considered by the government.�A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any quotation or questions should be directed to Crystalyn Gale, Contract Specialist, at email crystalyn.gale@navy.mil
