- Notice of Intent to Sole Source for�Jaspersoft Professional Edition and Premium Support�� � � � (NIH-RFQ-5981934) The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to iT1 Source, LLC, 1860 W. University Drive, Suite 100, Tempe, AZ� 85281. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the Contractor is the only known responsible source who can provide the required services as no other source has been identified who can provide the requirement listed below. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the NIH anticipates issuing a purchase order to renew a license and service agreement for TIBCO Jaspersoft Professional Edition and Premium Support.� The purpose of this acquisition is to ensure continuity of services and 100% operational functionality.� Jaspersoft Pro is the primary reporting tool used for NIH�s Security Assessment and Authorization reporting requirements.� Continued support from the vendor is required to allow for troubleshooting and regular security patching and upgrades. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.� However, any party that believes it can meet the requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.��It is anticipated that an award will be issued approximately five (5) days after�the date of this notice unless the Government determines that another organization�has the capability to meet this requirement.
