- Description
- This requirement is for LynxOS 7.0, a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS), which is used for the newer software builds on FRCSWs Computer Software Configuration Items (CSCIs) for the MH-60RS. LynxOS 7 is the RTOS that the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is using to develop the new MH60R/S software builds. In addition, Skyper 5.4.1 is used as an embedded system trace tool for the LynxOS 7 RTOS. The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 28 April 2021 via e-mail to christine.jordan@navy.mil. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
