- Project CL20269189 Solicitation ���SPE7LX-21-R-0071���� This draft solicitation requirement is for the acquisition of a multitude of NSNs in support of the Joint Light Vehicle Tactical Competitive Initiative (JLTVCI). The Federal Supply Classes (FSC) of this requirement are defined in the scope of the initiative.� The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be unrestricted.� Hard copies are not available.� Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP.� All responsible sources may submit recommendations for the final solicitation, which shall be considered.� The final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. An example of the NSNs included in this Initiative are listed below, however this is not a complete list.� The list of current and potential NSNs are included in the Price Evaluation List (PEL (attachment 1)) of this draft solicitation.� There are currently 448 NSNs listed on the PEL for which pricing will be requested at the time of solicitation.
