- Product Lead Common Hardware Systems (CHS) 101 The purpose of the �CHS 101� is to provide Industry with a better understanding of the CHS mission in support of Army, DoD, and Federal Government organizations; CHS key capabilities; an overview of the CHS process; and some additional program metrics. Attached please find the CHS 101 PowerPoint Presentation as well as the CHS 101 Video. Please provide questions to the Points of Contracts below and the Government will provide answers posted to BetaSAMs at a future date. This announcement is not a contract, a request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
