Amendment 1 adds the link to the corresponding grant solicitation, updates the announcement title, and provides the solicitation document in .pdf form. ***Amendment 2 adds a promotional flyer for upcoming webinars on the convergence accelerator solicitations, corrects a drafting error on page three, and changes the email submission address to nsf-solicitation@nsf.gov. � Amendment 3 corrects the language in section 5.1.1. Amendment 4 corrects the language in section 5.1.1 and 6.1. Amendment 5 clarifies that cost sharing is prohbited for this BAA. Amendment 6 adds language to section 6.7.
