- UPDATE 22 April 2021 The purpose of this update is provide answers to questions submitted after the posting for solicitation #N6852021R0004.� Amendment 0001 on 8 April 2021.�. Attachment L2 ""Contract Reference Experience Information (Rev1)"" is being provided since it was not posted on 8 April 2021 posting of #N6852021R0004 P00001.���The Question and Answer period has concluded in accordance with Section L, Part A, Paragraph 1.0. Any additional questions submitted by industry will be answered at the PCO�s discretion.� UPDATE 8 April 2021 The purpose of this update is to provide solicitation #N6852021R0004�Amendment 0001 with updated attachments. The�Proposals are due on the date and time annotated on Summary of Changes (Page 2 of 57). UPDATE 30 March 2021 The purpose of this update is provide answers to questions submitted�for solicitation #N6852021R0004.� Amendment 0001 to #N6852021R0004 will be posted next week with a 30 days proposal submission due date from release�of posting.� UPDATE 04 March 2021 The Government team is currently working on answering questions submitted for solicitation #N6852021R0004. A draft of the solicitation will be released by 31 August 2020. ******************************************************************************************************************* UPDATE 30 Jun 2020: The purpose of this update is to provide solicitation� release date of 31�July�2020. ******************************************************************************************************************* UPDATE 04�Jun 2020: The purpose of this update is to provide Q&A #1�for the DRAFT Statement of Work.� ******************************************************************************************************************** � Description The purpose of this presolicitation/synopsis notice is to provide information concerning Information Technology (IT) Solutions Support for the NAVAIR Logistics community and invite industry to review and comment on the DRAFT Statement of Work. This requirement is in support of the mission(s) of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Centers (NAWC), Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Headquarters, and individual FRC�s IT and related initiatives.��� The scope of this requirement includes all activities of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), all activities associated with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) utilization, Software Requirements Analysis, and Support activities such as Program/Project Management, Software and Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture and IT Compliance/Network Security/Cyber Security. The Government anticipates that this requirement will result in a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The award of the contract will be from organization Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group (UIC N68520) and will be updated at a later time when the COMFRC UIC becomes available in the beta.SAM database. Eligibility The Government anticipates this procurement will be solicited as a 100% small business under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541330 (Exception 1) (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) and Product Service Code (PSC) D318. The small business size standard is $41.5M. Questions/Comment Vendors shall submit all questions/comments via e-mail no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 19 May 2020. �All questions must be sent to jesus.godinez@navy.mil and meagan.foster@navy.mil with ""IT Support SOW Feedback"" in the subject line. Acknowledgement of receipt of questions will not be made. Responses to questions will be provided as updates to this announcement via this website.
