- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation, 36C24621Q0192, will be issued on or about April 14, 2021. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Semiannual Landfill Groundwater Monitoring Services for Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to Semiannual Landfill Groundwater Monitoring Services for the identified facilities located below (locations may change): Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC) 1970 Roanoke Blvd Salem, VA 24153 The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a base period with the opportunity for 4 additional option years in accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $16.5 Million and corresponding PSC code is H999. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to rodney.wilson2@va.gov .
