- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION FOR: TEST EQUIPMENT CALIBRATIONS (BIOMED SECTION) The Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, located at 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, AL 36109, is announcing their requirement for: Test Equipment Calibration. It is anticipated that a single firm-fixed price contract will result from this solicitation. This solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside. Vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Award will be made to an eligible Small Business firm based on the lowest evaluated price that is most advantageous to the government. The Principle NAICS Code is 811219. The size standard is $22 Million. The PSC is H266. The RFQ reference is 36C24721Q0623 and should be referenced in all correspondences/inquires. All information for this solicitation will be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/ on/by April 20, 2021 with quotes due on April 23, 2021 @ 12:00 p.m., EST. Quotes received after this day and time will be ineligible for award. Contractors are advised to be responsible for checking the website periodically for amendments. No hard copies will be provided. The Request for Information period to ask questions will close on April 22, 2021 @ 12:00 p.m., EST, and will not be extended past that day and time. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. No response to this notification is necessary. The sole purpose is to provide interested parties with a preliminary notice of the forthcoming solicitation.
