- Description
- USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Services (BHA) is seeking a contractor to perform global inspection services of warehousing, agricultural humanitarian food aid, non-food commodities and testing,� with performance across the globe and, in many cases, difficult to reach areas. Contractors shall provide inspection, reporting, tallying, and/or laboratory sampling�and analysis as required by the Program and as set forth in the Statement of Work. Ad hoc inspections may also be required anywhere across the world. Therefore, USAID prefers a contractor(s)�with global reach�and capabilities. Amendment 1 extends the deadline for offers due and provides a Q&A. Amendment 2 clarifies pricing instructions for lab analysis cross-border courier fees.���
