- Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3026 will be issued on Thursday 3 Dec 2020� and can be accessed at www.beta.sam.gov.� This requirement is for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Services at 243 locations�in 19 states that include Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming..� The performance period is 1 January 2021 (or subsequent date) to 31 December 2025�with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Place of Performance; Multiple locations throughout OR, WA, ID, MT, IA, MN, SD, ND, WI, MI, IL, OH, IN, MO, KS, CO, NE, UT, and WY. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later Friday, 11 Dec. 2020@� 1000�CST Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged.� Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments.� Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.� Solicitation Amendment one (1) - The purpose of amendment one (1) is to respond to vendor questions, Q&A�s responses have been incorporated in the applicable PWS paragraph and GFP documentation and clauses have been added. Questions and Answers are contained are contained w ithin the amended solicitation. A signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirement at the time of quote. All other solicitation information remains unchanged. The amendment is to update all applicable PWS attachments, update wage determinations and modify the Lowest Price (LP) evaluation criteria. All other solicitation information remains unchanged. Quotes will be due 20 January 2021 by 10:00 AM Central Standard Time. The following was added to paragraph 2 of the Supplemental Information section of the solicitation: The guaranteed minimum for the base year is $20,000.00. There is not a minimum guarantee for the option periods. 2. Quotes will be due 25 January 2021 by 9:00 AM Central Standard Time. 3. An error was discovered on the prices schedule in the ""FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY ""section in cell E38.� Correction was made to change cell formula from (=E13) to (=E17).
