- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; THERE WILL NOT BE A SEPARATE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED WITH THIS ACTION. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The solicitation number is W912HN21Q5020, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 561990- Diving Services on a Contract or Fee Basis with a small business size standard of $12M. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. Title of Requirement: Dissolved Oxygen Injection System, Permanent Diffuser Installation Description of Requirement: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, is requesting the procurement of dive services and install seventeen (17) Government Furnished TideFlex duckbill diffusers at to two (2) DO facilities located at Uperriver Dissolved Oxygen plant on 975 Old Augusta Road Central, Rincon, GA 31326 and Down river plant on 39-COE Hutchinson Island Road, Savannah, GA 31401. Submission Requirements: Fill out and return pages 3-5 and 7-8, in addition to Past Performance and evidence of Technical Capabilities (see below text for details); and return via email to kassandra.n.robinson@usace.army.mil by MAY 07, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Please CC Whittni C. Hiscox at Whittni.C.Hiscox@usace.army.mil. Basis for Award: The Government has the right to reject any and all offers. The Government will make an award to the lowest priced, responsible, responsive quote that meets or exceeds the requirements stated, and whose proposed price has been determined to be fair and reasonable. This is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2, Evaluation � Commercial Items, and FAR 9.104. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
