- We have posted the Gov�t responses to further questions for the TTS RFP, PWS, and QASP. �Submissions due date has been extended to 5 May 2021.� This update further clarifies the labor categories applicable to the Total Compensation Plan requirement.� Documents in this posting include the updated RFP (both full and summary copy) and PWS and are controlled documents and are shown in the posting as a ZIP file (total controlled files = 3), plus the QASP and Q&A which is not a controlled file. We ask that each Offeror submit one request for their drop-off codes for themselves and subcontractors at once 2-3 business days prior to the submission due date to Brad Watson (john.b.watson1@navy.mil).� Requests should be submitted April 30 or May 3 and request codes will be issued on May 3. As before only the Offeror�s Data Custodian in JCP can access these files.� In order to access the zip file you will need to ensure that the following has been completed: Your account in Beta.Sam/Contract Opportunities must be associated to your company DUNS/CAGE Code.� If you have not previously synced your DUNS/CAGE code, notify the Contracts PCO once it has been update. Your company certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP), and Only the person identified as your company�s Data Custodian in JCP can access the files. Information on JCP and how you can register are found at the following link: https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/.� Do not submit forms or requests to Contracts POC. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within Beta SAM.� See the DLIS website for registration details: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/.
