- The GSA, Real Property Utilization and Disposal Division, Region 7 is in need of an appraisal of the�FORMER U.S. CUSTOMS HOUSE & FEDERAL OFFICE BUILDING in Pembina, North Dakota.� The following estimates of value are required: Fair Market Value Disposition Value (subject to a specified 2-3 month marketing period) The values estimates are to be based on the property�s highest and best use. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to satisfactorily perform an appraisal of the real property as defined in this Performance Work Statement.� The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
