- Description
- This effort provides Technical Data Development to support the Precision Strike Package (PSP) on the AC-130J platform. This effort will include Technical Manuals, Flight Manuals, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), and Technical Orders (TOs) for the AC-130J Global Positioning System (GPS) Enhanced Mission Operator Pallet (GMOP).This effort will provide the necessary engineering services and technical writing support to be incorporated into subsequent Technical Orders (TO) development, Configuration Management (CM) by implementing the policies, procedures, techniques and tools that are required to manage, evaluate proposed changes, track changes and to update TOs and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) per the Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR). Sole source award will be made to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), CAGE: 8X691, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 6.303-2(b)(4). Delivery Schedule: This action will result in the award of a new delivery order to the SNC proprietary Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, FA8509-19-D-0001.The projected award date for this order is 10 July 2021 with an anticipated period of performance of 36 months. Any questions should be directed to the buyer/Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) identified. If your concerns are not satisfied by the PCO, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
