- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. Requirements ********************************************************* Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Passenger Terminal requires working uniforms for 12 employees, which will be supplied and laundered by the contractor. Refer to statement of work and combined synopsis for full detail. Qty. 12 Months Period of Performance: FY21 Base Year: 1 June 2021 � 31 May 2022 FY22 Option Year 1: 1 June 2022 � 31 May 2023 FY23 Option Year 2: 1 June 2023 � 31 May 2024 FY24 Option Year 3: 1 June 2024 � 31 May 2025 FY25 Option Year 4: 1 June 2025 � 31 May 2026 Delivery: FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance: At Destination by the Government. Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation.
