- Description
- The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source, Battle Energy Alliance, LLC DBA Idaho National Laboratory, under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a course that provides military specific Radiological, Nuclear (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear CBRN) advanced high RAD search techniques and contamination control for Navy EOD operations as well as advanced diagnostics in a high RAD environment for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Two.
