- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation, 36C24621Q0590, will be issued on or about April 22, 2021. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Beneficiary Travel Ambulance Services for Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to Travel Ambulance Services for the identified facilities located below (locations may change): VA Medical Center (VAMC) Salem 1970 Roanoke Blvd Salem, VA 24153 The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a base period with the opportunity for 1 additional option year in accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. The applicable NAICS Code is 621910 with a size standard of $16.5 Million and corresponding PSC code is V225. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to rodney.wilson2@va.gov .
