- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: Territory:� �Guam Delineated Area: - North Boundary: Father Duenas Drive � Pale San Vitores Road � Marine Corps Drive - South Boundary: Hwy 10A � South Marine Corps Drive - East Boundary: Army Drive � Hwy 16 - West Boundary: Gov. Carlos Camacho Road Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are within the delineated Area of Consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 4,858 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 5,360 ABOA SF Space Type:� Office Parking Spaces (Total):� 5 Parking Spaces (Surface):� TBD Parking Spaces (Structured):� TBD Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 5 Full Term:� 10 Years Firm Term:� 5 Years Option Term:� 1 � 5 Year Term Additional Requirements: Offices should not be located in windowed space that is adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges or mezzanines Offices should be located in contiguous space on one floor, when available. Where possible, offices and support spaces should not be located on the top or ground levels of any building. Offices should not be collocated in buildings or areas that handle, store, or ship Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
