This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.��� Synopsis/Solicitation N0017821Q6775 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF18.� The SF18 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System.� Please see the attached SF18, Statement of Work and Layout and provide a quote in accordance with the procedures below.� Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13.� The order shall be firm fixed price.�� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission, please submit any historical data as well as published pricing.� Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Time for Completion:� The Contractor shall complete all work within 90 days after receipt of award and invoice no later than 30 August 2021. Site Visit: �Required Site visit is scheduled for 07 May 2021 at 10:00 AM EST.� There will only be one Government sponsored site visit. �Any photographs taken by the customer will only be provided to those vendors who are properly vetted and attended the site visit.� Pre-Registration: Please provide a notice of intent to attend the site visit no later than 30 April 2021.� Meeting location and other specifics will be provided to those who timely register.� Please include the following for each individual who will be attending: full name (First, Middle, Last), company name, and whether the individual is a US Citizen. �The government will do its best to pre-register individuals in time for the site visit but there is no guarantee of this; thus, all individuals should be prepared to check-in the regular way upon arrival. SECNAV Form 5521-1 (Vetting Form): If an offeror or their sub has not been vetted before, or it has been more than 30 days since they were last vetted and approved, then SECNAV 5512-1 Form will need to be submitted. A response will be published via an amendment. Wage Determination: Department of Labor (DoL) General Decision Number VA20210167 01/08/2021 applies to this work. �Should this wage determination be modified by DoL prior to award, the most current wage determination will be incorporated at the time of award.
