The US Department of Transportation/Maritime Administration has a requirement for a qualified contractor to perform construction services for Cooling Tower Replacement at Delano Hall at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY in accordance with the attached SF 1449 and Statement of Work and all other attachments,�terms and conditions for this solicitation.
