- Repair Aircraft Arresting Systems and Re-Striping Project located at Homestead ARB, FL. The Estimated Price Range is betw een $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 in accordance w ith FAR 36.204. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available. NAICS Code: 236220 - Size Standard: $39.5M This is a single phase, Design/Bid/Build, Full and Open procurement. In accordance w ith Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1307, this project requires HUBZone 10% price evaluation. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through the System for Aw ard Management (SAM), available at www.beta.sam.gov Offerors must comply w ith the requirements of FAR 52.232-33 and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM.
