- An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a 5�year base period� is anticipated.��The solicitation will be available on May 10, 2021 at�https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. These NSNs are procured to approved CAGE and part numbers listed in the solictiation.�Procurement Notes L04/ M06 apply to NSNs 1005010595052, 1005012210428, and 1015014706310. Procurement Note L22 applies to all remaining NSNs. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award�decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and�other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
