- THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE A 3-YEAR REQUIREMENTS TYPE CONTRACT RESTRICTED TO THE PART NUMBER INDICATED BELOW. ITEM:� WHEEL AND RUN FLAT ASSEMBLY NSN:� 2530-01-493-5859 MILITARY (19207) PART NO:� 12563652 INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE:� ORIGIN/ORIGIN FOB:� DESTINATION PACKAGING:� MILITARY/B (WITH SPECIAL PACKAGING INSTRUCTION AK00000001) ESTIMATED QUANTITY:� 5,400 UNITS� KIND OF CONTRACT:� FIRM FIXED PRICE A link to the Technical Data Package (TDP) will be provided as part of this announcement�in the next few days.�� The solicitation will post on/about 7 May 2021, with offers due on/about 7 June 2021�(see solicitation for actual offer due date).� Offerors are encouraged to check the beta.sam.gov website on a regular basis for any updates to the solicitation. The solicitation contains a provision entitled 'Reverse Auction,' which allows for the use of reverse auction as a pricing technique.� After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held.� If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction.� Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction.� Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com.� Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the contract specialist.�
