- Amendment 0001, 22 APR, 2021 CLIN 0003 of the solicitation has been amended:� Changed LMTV to MTV�� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF21Q0014, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336390 Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1000 EMP. �This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes.� The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 30 April 2021 at 4:00 PM EST (1:00 PM PST). Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be the Hooksett Field Maintenance Shop located at 1227 Hooksett Road, in Hooksett, NH 03106. ��The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. CLIN 0001: 2.5 Ton LMTV Truck/Trailer Covers COLOR = Desert Tan CARC QTY= 7 EA -Composite infused cargo bed covers with dimensions of 154.6� L x 96.5� W x 72.25� H.� -must include a deck mount design -open flat hinges -removable pad-lockable aluminum rear barn door sets w/ mechanical stays (with an approx. 60� wide and 60� high opening) -at least (6) loading D-rings, -at least six (6) two-way hinge-less ventilators.� -Egress windows with internal covers and rear door portals should also be included.� CLIN 0002:� 2.5 Ton LMTV Truck/Trailer Covers COLOR = OD Green CARC QTY= 2 EA -Composite infused cargo bed covers with dimensions of 154.6� L x 96.5� W x 72.25� H high. -must include a deck mount design -open flat hinges � -removable pad lockable aluminum rear barn door set with mechanical stays (with an approx. 60� wide and 60� high opening) -at least six (6) loading D-rings -at least six (6) two-way hinge-less ventilators.� -Egress windows with internal covers and rear door portals should also be included.� CLIN 0003: 5 Ton MTV Truck/Trailer Covers COLOR = Desert Tan CARC QTY= 3 EA -Composite infused cargo bed covers with dimensions of 175.5� L x 96.5� W x 72.25� H -must also include deck mount design -open flat hinges �-removable pad lockable aluminum rear barn door set with mechanical stays (with an approx. 60� wide and 60� high opening) -at least six (6) loading D-rings, -at least six (6) two-way hinge-less ventilators -Egress windows with internal covers and rear door portals should also be included. CLIN 0004:� Shipping & Delivery QTY= 1 JOB Shipping & delivery of CLINS 0001 through 0003 to Hooksett Field Maintenance Shop located at 1227 Hooksett Road, in Hooksett, NH 03106.�� Delivery Date: 60 Days ADC All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 27 April 2021 to Matthew Lapointe at matthew.r.lapointe.civ@mail.mil.
