- Solicitation for W56HZV-21-Q-0010 � Housing, Mechanical Drive AMENDMENT 0001 Issued 22 April 2021 (see attachment)� Please submit Solicitation and acknowledgment of AMENDMENT 0001 by response date of 29 April 2021 The United States Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for Full and Open Competition. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, 18 month Requirements contract. This solicitation is for the following item: Noun: Housing, Mechanical Drive National Stock Number (NSN): 3040-01-134-6589 Part Number: 12294765 Unit of Issue: Each (EA) Estimated Quantity: 80 EA First Article Test (FAT) will be required for two units each unless waived. NAICS Code: 333613 Unit of Issue: Each, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Origin, FOB Point: Destination, Level of Preservation: Military, Level of Packaging: B Please Note: There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. Please refer to Section C of the solicitation for directions on how to access this information. The TDP is included as an attachment. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs). Please refer to Section D of the solicitation for additional information. First Article Testing is applicable unless waived, please refer to Section J of the solicitation to reference the appropriate attachment. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
