- This specification establishes the requirement for seven (7) Manual High Speed Heavy Duty Engine Lathes, to include installation and delivery to the Anniston Army Depot in Anniston Alabama. Please submit all questions no later than 19 Mar 2021. No answers will be provided for question submitted after that date.� Submit all questions via email to Larry Stephney, larry.d.stephney.civ@mail.mil. The purpose of this Amendment (W911KF-21-Q-0027 0001) is as follows: 1. Revise paragraphs 3.1.4.2, 5.1.2, and 5.1.3 of the Statement of Work. Please see revised statement of work which is an attachment to this amendment. 2. Revise the CLIN description, see summary of changes below. 3. Extend the closing date to 15-Apr-2021 10:00 AM. 4.
