This Combined Synopsis Solicitation contains clauses and provisions requiring a fill-in or representation. �Offeror shall submit a copy of this Combined Synopsis Solicitation with their quote and respond to these clauses and provisions accordingly. �A failure to complete these fill-ins may cause your offer to be determined ineligible for award.
