- Safety Rail Company (brand name or equal) railing/guardrail system of the following. 1. Mobile Safety Base 360- Yellow Qty: 84 each 2. Hide A Safety Rail- 6 Ft- Yellow Qty: 3 each 3. Hide A Safety Rail- 8 Ft- Yellow Qty: 79 each 4. Safety Rail Pin (3�Z) Qty: 168 each 5. Hide A Safety Rail- 7 Ft- Yellow Qty: 2 each 6. Safety Rail Full TurnKey Installation Qty 1 each Salient Characteristics/Minimum Specifications: Meets minimum forces for guardrail strength requirements applied to guardrail system: top-rails-200 lbs., midrail-150lbs. Less than 3 deflection when force is applied. Pipe railing 1 1/2 inches nominal diameter (schedule 40 pipe). Top rail shall be 42 inches high + or - 3 inches. Mid-rail located halfway between edge of guardrail system and walking working surface. Pipe railing system engineered for non-penetration. The above removable railing is called counterbalanced guardrails, or movable weighted-base railing. However, there are removable sectional guardrails (non-penetrating) that can be connected to make the system non removable (permanent) that requires the use of tools to attach all sections together and will be safer for the impact of wind stresses on the system. ****SEE ATTACHMENT FOR FULL DETAILS*******
