Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for Maintenance of Bollards and Gates services at its Chancery in Wassenaar, The Netherlands. The Contractor shall provide personnel, supplies and equipment, as identified in this�solicitation and Exhibit I, for all building maintenance services at The US Embassy in�Wassenaar in The Netherlands as described in Section C,�DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT, of this contract and exhibits�attached in Section J. This contract is for technical services only. This request precludes�the requirement for the contractor to purchase materials or equipment for the�Bollards and Gates including, but not limited to, such items as control components,�equipment replacements, cabling, software and computers or related elements. Provisions�for such items, if they are deemed to be required, must be coordinated through�the Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR) where actions will be taken,�through other contracting mechanisms, to acquire these components.� �The U.S. Government intends to award a One (1) year contract with One (1) year Option to the responsible�company submitting a technically acceptable proposal, with the lowest price. We intend to award a�contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with�companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Please refer to attached package for more information.
