- Description
- The Electronic Combat Stimulation (ECSTIM) Branch, of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), intends to issue a sole-source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), contract number N00421-21-G-0002, to L-3 Communications Integrated Systems L.P., 10001 Jack Finney Blvd., Greenville, TX 75402 for the procurement of operational support services for joint signal process support, signal analysis, and other technical aspects.� This contractor support services provides a requirement to the ECSTIM branch, in support of the Air Combat Environment Test and Evaluation Facility (ACETEF).� REQUIREMENTS: The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.�� Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the requirements and services to assist in the development of capabilities, and support the CUBES stimulator for ACETEF.
