Description

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for a brand name or equal Fiber Photometry Workstation (3 LEDs / 2 subjects):� (1) Lux Fiber Photometry Workstation: 6-Channel LED Driver, 4 Photosensor Inputs; (2) Lux Integrated UV LED: 405 nm; (2) Lux Integrated Blue LED: 465 nm; (2) Lux Integrated Lime LED: 560; (4) Lux Integrated Photosensor; (1) Lux Integrated Power Meter; (2) Fiber Cable Kit for RZ10: 3 colors; (1) Cable from Med Associates SuperPort to RZ Digital I/O or equal products meeting all the salient characteristics illustrated in the Product Comparison Table found in Attachment 1. The purpose of this requirement is to measure calcium fluctuations and dopamine levels in the brains of freely moving mice. Please see attached for additional details.�
