- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF21Q0015, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337215 Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 500 EMP.� This requirement is being set-aside for 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 3 May 2021 at 4:00 PM EST. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be the Lebanon Armory at 174 Heater Rd, Lebanon, NH 03766 no later than 15 June 2021.� The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The New Hampshire National Guard is seeking storage cabinets/wall lockers that meet the following salient characteristics: �CLIN 0001:� TA 50 Military Storage Cabinets/Wall Lockers (QTY = 85EA) Dimensions: 6'6""H x 3'6""W x 2'0""D Must be of at least 10 gage steel construction Include two (2) double-hinged doors (adjacent to each other) Doors must include welded-wire mesh openings for ventilation and easy viewing of internal contents Must include 3-Point Latch Handle / Padlock Lug Two (2) shelves Three (3) coat hooks Be fully assembled CLIN 0002:� Shipping & Handling (QTY= 1 JOB) Shipping and Handling (FOB) of CLIN 0001 to the Lebanon Armory at 174 Heater Rd, Lebanon, NH 03766 Delivery= 45 Days ADC All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 29 April 2021 to Matthew Lapointe at matthew.r.lapointe.civ@mail.mil.
