This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause) IMPORTANT: Vendors are required to qualify under the NAICS code 337910 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation. The Solicitation No. is 140A2321Q0267 and is a Request for Quotations. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, January 13, 2017. Haskell Indian Nations University, University Services Department has a requirement for: 1. Twin size mattresses 2. Shipping See attached Bid schedule for specification. This solicitation is all or none. Quotes to be submitted in accordance with the list of specification. INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS: Please review the requirements carefully and submit quotes with specifications that meet or exceed the originals. All quotes are due April 27, 2021, by 2:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following; 1. The offeror shall submit (1) proposal with a limit of 5 pages 2. Price Schedule and signed SF-1449 3. DIAR 1452.280-4 AWARD: Contractors are obligated to quote on all lines. Quote should include specifications for each item to determine that they meet what is specified. Offeror whose quotation, in conforming to this RFQ, provides an overall best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. All contractors submitting quotes must be registered in SAM at, www.sam.gov, in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7.
