- The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Lodging:� ROOMS: 120 Rooms Total, For a total of 335 Nights/ Room. 15 Rooms for 4 nights each 9 May 2021 -13 May 2021 = 60 Room Nights 25 Rooms for 3 nights each 10 May 2021 -13 May 2021 = 75 Room Nights 40 Rooms for 3 nights each 16 May 2021 -19 May 2021 = 120 Room Nights 40 Rooms for 2 nights each 22 May 2021 - 24 May 2021 = 80 Room Nights Located within 10 miles from 184 Connecticut St. Buffalo, NY 14213 Single Occupancy Rooms Only Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect rooms to ensure the quality/cleanliness standard described in the Scope of Work has been met, prior to award. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes for lodging in multiple locations will not be considered. All quotes must be submitted via email to Meghan Sheridan�at Meghan.a.sheridan.civ@mail.mil *Hotels�google review must be at least 3.5 out of 5 stars or better.
