Description

The Service Contract Division, C410, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract on the following item(s):� Two (2) SE, Shielding for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA.� (See Attachments 1 - 3 for drawings/specifications).� The required delivery date is June 1, 2021.� The NAICS code is 326299 and the Small Business Standard is 500employees.� The proposed contract to be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. FOB Destination applies.� Responsibility and Inspection:� unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.� � The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form at the beta.sam.gov website as follows:� https://beta.sam.gov/. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
