- General Project Description (SOW): Construction of approximately 7,150 lineal feet of pipe sewers, varying in size from 10 "" to 48 "" in diameter; rehabilitation of approximately 3,820 lineal feet of sewers varying in size from 8� to 24� in diameter utilizing CIPP methods; rehabilitation of manholes and 72 service connections; , and appurtenances to be constructed in an area located west of Goodfellow Boulevard and south of Natural Bridge Road , in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of the storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and appurtenances; rehabilitation of sewers utilizing CIPP methods; rehabilitation of manholes and service� connections; cleaning and lining of pipe sewers and point repairs; removal and replacement of pavements and roadways; and coordination of utility relocations. Capability Statements (questions for the contractors to provide response): Briefly explain your experience with construction of storm sewer, sanitary sewers, and related appurtenances. Briefly explain your experience with rehabilitation of sewers utilizing CIPP methods as well as rehabilitation of manholes and services connections. Briefly explain your experience with removal and replacement of pavements and roadways. Briefly explain your experience with coordination of utility relocations during construction.
