- This synopsis is to inform that NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department Code 200, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 awarded a Firm Fixed Price BPA Call for Splunk Enterprise Software Licenses in support of Navy Cyber Defense Operation Command (NCDOC). The procurement was acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 8.4 - Federal Supply Schedules. The contract action is for commercial Splunk Enterprise Software Licenses for which the Government awarded a Call Order under the established DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N6600120A0022, in accordance with DFARS 208.74 - Enterprise Software Agreements. NAVSUP FLCN awarded N0018921F00A1 on 23 April 2021 resulting from solicitation N0018921Q0171 to Carahsoft Technology, Corp., in the amount of $900,512.00 if all quantities are increased, for the procurement of the following items: CLIN 1001: Splunk Enterprise Software License Enterprise - Term License with Standard Support (SE-100GB-ET). QTY: 4 CLIN 2001: Splunk Option 1 Enterprise - Term License with Standard Support, (SE-100GB-ET) Renewal. QTY: 4 CLIN 3001: Splunk Option 2 Enterprise - Term License with Standard Support, (SE-100GB-ET) Renewal. QTY: 4 CLIN 4001: Splunk Option 3 Enterprise - Term License with Standard Support, (SE-100GB-ET) Renewal. QTY: 4 No set-aside was used for this contract action. This action is supported by the attached Limited Source Justification (LSJ) No. 21074. The Place of Performance is Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command, Suffolk, VA, 23435. The Product and Service Code (PSC) is 7A21 - IT and Telecom, Business Application Software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 - Software Publishers, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard is $41.5M.
