- Description
- Contractor support is required for academic support to the Marine Corps Civil-Military Operations School (MCCMOS), Weapons Training Battalion (WTBN), Marine Corps Training Command (TRNGCMD), in providing instruction in various subjects required to grant Marines the Civil-Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), as well as to train Marines in Civil Military Operations (CMO), Civil Affairs Operations (CAO), Stability Assessment Framework (SAF), Marine Civil Information Management System (MARCIMS), and G9 staff actions. This training will be delivered through MOS courses, Civil-Military Operations Planner (CMOP) courses, G-9 Staff courses, MARCIMS courses, Stability Assessment Framework (SAF) courses, and Civil Affairs Integration (CAIC) courses in order to support CMO in the Fleet Marine Force (FMF). The training may also be delivered to unit staffs at all levels including battalions, Civil Affairs Groups (CAGs), to MAGTF, Joint, and coalition staffs in preparation for the conduct of CMO, CAO, Stabilization, and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). The contractor will support this effort by providing instruction, academic analysis, doctrine review/development, scenario/vignette development, and academic support that will enable students to organize, train, and lead CA units to conduct Civil-Military Operations during Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO), and Littoral Operations in a Contested Environment (LOCE).
