Description

THIS OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000112957 to establish an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) under Far 13.5. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year with 1 3-year option IDC for GRIMES AEROSPACE COMPANY (72914) P/N 30-1131-11 or SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION (78286) P/N 70553-05002-105. NSN: 6220-01-321-2985 LIGHT, RECOGNITION, A; CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM (CAI), EXPORT CONTROL PPLIES; HIGHER LEVEL APPLIES; SURGE REQUIREMENT; NAICS 336413. Required delivery is 149 days.� Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 170 each.� The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. ����������������������� There will be a 2-year base with 1 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively April 20, 2021.
