- The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) Chief Procurement Office intends to negotiate with Politico, LLC, located in Washington, DC, on a sole source basis under the authority of Section 103 of P.L. 106-481 (2 U.S.C. 182c) Revolving fund for FEDLINK program and Federal Research program, for providing Politico Pro legislative news services. The NAICS Code is 519190 - All Other Information Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5M. FirstNet anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Politico, LLC for this requirement. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. If competitive procedures are not used it is estimated that an award will be issued by 5/3/2021.
