4/23/2021: UPDATE TO REITERATE THIS IS A NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUIREMENT� The interested parties�list was opened so that the details can be forwarded to the prime contractor. ========================================================================= 4/21/2021: UPDATE TO OPEN INTERESTED VENDORS LIST AND RESPONSE DATE Interested vendors seeking subcontracting opportunities may contact the contract specialist @ ericka.landry@tsa.dhs.gov.�NOTE: This is not a request for competitive quotes. ========================================================================= The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition�for Business Architecture Support services.� Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract�to Moss Cape LLC, 1577 C Street Suite 300 Anchorage, AK 99501-5133. The related North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 for Other Computer Related Services with a small business size standard of $30 million. This contract will address the business architecture support service requirements needed for the Technology Infrastructure Modernization (TIM) system. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
