4/23/2021 Update:��Amendment 1 for the questions and answers received for this solicitation was scheduled�for posting�NLT Thursday, April 22, 2021 however, internal delays caused a delay. Amendment 2 adds the questions and answers.� The proposal due date remains on May 6, 2021 at 9am EST. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 4/16/2021 Update:��Amendment 1 for the questions and answers received for this solicitation will be posted NLT Thursday, April 22, 2021.� The proposal due date has been extended to May 6, 2021 at 9am EST. The United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is interested in establishing a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and is seeking a public relations firm, with a full-service production facility, for services related to the pitching, promotion, interview scheduling, and executing media tours with print, digital, radio and television journalists. Please read the attached Request for Proposals�(RFP), including the Statement of Work (SOW) and clauses, for further details and instructions.� Please provide your company GSA # with the proposals, if applicable.� All RFP questions and clarifications; physical proposal content; and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Friday, April 9, 2021, 5:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Thursday, April 22, 2021. Submit all technical and business proposals, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.5, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Thursday, May 6, 2021, 9:00am EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about June 4, 2021 as a result of this RFP.
