- Project Title: FORT PICKENS BLDG INTERIOR REPAIRS (H. SALLY) Discovery Center, Interior Repairs (PMIS 315972) Housing Interior Repairs (PMIS 31371) Life Saving Station Interior Repairs (PMIS 313699) Firehouse (FL06) and Bookstore (FL09) Interior Restroom Renovation (PMIS 309762) MAGNITUDE: A Firm-Fixed Price construction contract to repair storm damage and restore FLOORS, WALLS AND CELINGS to six (6) facilities back to their pre-disaster conditions. Also, remodel interior of two (2) Men/Women Restrooms (comfort station). Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $2500,000. Park/Unit: Gulf Islands National Seashore/Fort Pickens Area Set-Aside: Local Area; only Small Businesses residing or primarily doing business in Northwest Florida Panhandle (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton and Bay counties) in the State of Florida are solicited.
