****ATTENTION**** FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Anthony T. Gideon. You may email your request to Anthony T. Gideon, Contract Specialist at anthony.t.gideon.civ@mail.mil. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command � Redstone has a requirement for FMS Bangladesh Puma and WASP DB-B-USH. The FMS Bangladesh Puma and WASP DB-B-USH are anticipated to be a sole source, firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This effort is anticipated to include the procurement of RQ-20B Puma AE, three (3) Commercial Code (C-Code) Non-NATO systems: two (2) Initial Spares Packages (ISP); three (3) Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Target Acquisition (RSTA) Kits with Puma Software; two Puma AE Tactical Launchers; two (2) year Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) in the form of one (1) Push Package; and one (1) Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) New Equipment Training (NET) class. two (2) RQ 12B WASP AE C- Code M2/4/6 Non-NATO systems; two (2) ISP; three (3) RSTA kits with Puma Software; two (2) year CLS in the form of one (1) Push Package; one (1) OCONUS NET class; and Quarantine for OCONUS Training. It is anticipated this effort will be awarded by 30 September 2021. The anticipated deliveries for this requirement ends 24 months after date of award. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and brand name descriptions. Justification and Approval applies to other than full and open competition basis. This requirement is sole source to AeroVironment (AV), Inc., 181 W. Huntington Drive, Suite 202, Monrovia, CA 91016. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation. However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
